1. Service Agreement
By engaging VIVI CLEANS ("we," "us," or "our") for cleaning services, you ("the client") agree to these terms and conditions. This agreement governs all services provided by VIVI CLEANS in East Lothian and surrounding areas.

2. Services
2.1 Scope of Services
- We provide residential and Airbnb cleaning services as specified in the service booking.
- Additional services must be agreed upon in writing before commencement.
- We reserve the right to decline any service request that falls outside our scope of expertise.

2.2 Service Limitations
We do not provide:
- Cleaning of hazardous materials or substances
- Exterior window cleaning above ground level
- Heavy lifting or moving of furniture exceeding 25kg
- Cleaning of biohazardous materials

3. Booking and Cancellation
3.1 Booking
- All bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance
- Emergency services may be available at additional cost
- Service times are subject to availability

3.2 Cancellation Policy
- 24+ hours notice: No charge
- 12-24 hours notice: 50% of service fee
- Less than 12 hours notice: Full service fee
- No-show: Full service fee plus booking fee

4. Access and Property Preparation
4.1 Property Access
- Clients must provide safe and legal access to the property
- Keys must be available at agreed time and location
- Additional charges may apply for waiting time exceeding 15 minutes

- Valuable items should be removed or identified to staff

- Any issues must be reported within 24 hours
- We will rectify valid issues at no additional cost
